About LarkLaunch
LarkLaunch is a weekly leaderboard for SaaS and AI products. Makers submit a product, we check it, and it competes for upvotes until the week ends.
Who runs it
LarkLaunch is built and run by one person, Peter Ishak (@peteriishak). There is no team of moderators or investors behind it. Questions and feedback go to the contact page.
How ranking works
- A week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Every launch competes only within its own week.
- Launches are ordered by upvotes from logged-in members. Ties go to the product that launched first.
- Votes are permanent, so the order can't be shuffled by removing votes late in the week.
- When the week closes, its final order is kept on the past leaderboards page and the top three go out in the Monday email.
How moderation works
- Every submission is reviewed by hand before it goes live. We check that the product works and the listing is accurate.
- Before launching, makers upvote and comment on a few other launches, so every product gets some real feedback.
- Bought votes, bots and voting rings break the terms of use. We remove fake votes and can delist products that use them.
- Comments and feed posts that are spam or abusive are removed.
What paid plans do and don't do
Launching is free. Paid plans exist to keep the site running.
- Premium ($9 a month) adds a gold Premium badge next to your name and gives your feed posts more reach. It does not change your launch's rank.
- Premium+ ($30 once) pins one launch above the ranked list for its week, labelled “Featured”. It does not add upvotes, and a Featured launch has no rank number.
- Sponsored spots in the leaderboard and sidebar are labelled “Sponsored”, and their links are marked as sponsored for search engines.
- No plan buys upvotes, comments, reviews or a better position among ranked launches.
