What is the fastest way to reach you?

Send the LarkLaunch account a message on the site, or DM Peter on X (@peteriishak). Replies usually come the same day. For anything formal, use email.

How do I edit or remove my product?

Open your profile while logged in and choose Edit on the product. For an ownership transfer, send us a message from the account that should own it.

Can I sponsor a spot?

Yes. Sidebar and leaderboard spots cost $10 a week and are always labelled as sponsored. See the pricing page for details.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel Premium at any time and it will not renew. Premium+ and sponsored spots are not refundable once the placement has started. If something went wrong with a payment, message us and we will sort it out.
